Which plan is right for you?#
Starter is ideal if you have a single product or documentation site and want to add AI-powered chat. It gives you one chatbot with generous conversation limits to get started.
Growth is the most popular plan. It's built for teams that manage multiple products or handle high docs traffic. With 5 chatbots, 5 team members, and 8,000 widget conversations per month, it covers most growing teams.
Pro is for organizations running multiple chatbots at scale with a larger team. Extended data retention (1 year) makes it a good fit if you need historical conversation data for analytics or compliance.
How credits work#
Crawl credits#
Each page your crawls fetch counts as one crawl credit. Credits are shared across all chatbots in your organization and reset monthly.
For example, on the Growth plan (3,000 credits/month): if Chatbot A crawls 1,200 pages and Chatbot B crawls 800 pages, you've used 2,000 credits with 1,000 remaining for the month.
Widget conversations#
A widget conversation is counted when a visitor sends their first message through your embedded widget. Conversations are shared across all chatbots in your organization and reset monthly.
Internal conversations#
Internal conversations are counted when you start a new chat from the dashboard. These have a separate, smaller monthly allowance and are intended for testing and quality assurance.
Changing your plan#
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect immediately. See Billing for details on managing your subscription.
If a paid plan expires:
- your organization falls back to the default starter/free limits
- existing data stays readable initially
- over-limit cleanup happens only after the warning and grace windows described in Billing
Annual billing#
Save two months per year by switching to annual billing. Toggle between monthly and annual on the subscription page.
